How can I make returns or exchanges?

What is your return and exchange policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused and undamaged products can be returned within 7 days of the purchase. Please note that this policy is only for merchandise purchased on WWW.ARGENTOVIVO.US. A refund is not guaranteed & is subject to our review of the returned product.  To follow up on your return, contact info@argentovivo.us. Shipping costs will not be refunded on any returns.

Please note that we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or price adjustments for merchandise bought in any retail store or on other websites. We also cannot help with repairs for merchandise purchased at locations other than WWW.ARGENTOVIVO.US.  Please contact the retailer where purchased for further assistance.

 

PROMO CODES CANNOT BE ADDED AFTER CHECKING OUT/COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE. ANY PURCHASE MADE WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE IS FINAL SALE.

 **Personalized items are Non-Refundable.  This includes engraving, custom orders & all items listed under our personalization section. They are also not applicable to any promotions, promotional or discount codes.

 

Why is my promo code not working?

Free Ground Shipping is only available for domestic (US) orders with SUBTOTALS over $75.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 3 PM ET will ship on the same business day. Orders received after 3 PM ET will ship the following business day. We are closed on all major national holidays.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

Your order will arrive by Christmas if you order by:
12/15 - FedEx Ground
12/20 - FedEx Two-Day
12/22 - FedEx Overnight

Please note that all orders must be in by 2PM EASTERN TIME on DECEMBER 22, 2017.
