HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ARGENTO VIVO ITEMS?
Take off your jewelry before showering, applying lotion and perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc. Store your jewelry in a cloth bag to protect it when not in use.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
Pour a small amount of mild soap into lukewarm water and use a small, soft, toothbrush to clean your jewelry. To make your Sterling Silver shine again, use a silver polishing cloth.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PERSONALIZE AN ITEM?
Depending on the style it takes between 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped. Please refer to the specific product page for details or contact us with any questions.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PLACING MY PERSONALIZATION ORDER?
All custom personalized pieces are made-to-order and final sale. The order cannot be cancelled or altered after submitted, and it cannot be returned. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. Production times vary from 2-4 weeks; you can find an item's production time on its product page or contact us with any questions.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and paypal. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.
IS SALES TAX CHARGED?
We charge sales tax on all orders shipping to New York. Tax will be displayed during checkout on the site for orders shipping to those locations.
WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES WHEN SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY?
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on the tracking number and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders received before 3 PM ET will ship on the same business day. Orders received after 3 PM ET will ship the following business day. We are closed on all major national holidays. Please note, this does not include personalization orders.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST IN THE U.S?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the U.S. with SUBTOTALS over $75. ground shipping can take between 3-5 business days to be delivered.
DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?
Yes! We offer overnight shipping for orders within the U.S. You can select 'Overnight' for $35 at checkout. This shipping cost is nonrefundable. Orders received before 3 PM ET will ship on the same business day. Orders received after 3 PM ET will ship the following business day. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! When entering your shipping information at checkout select the country you would like your order to be shipped to. Please note, all international orders are shipped via USPS and can take up to 9-15 business days to be delivered from the date it was shipped.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If your order has been shipped and the tracking details state that your package has been delivered to the address provided on the order, please note, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the courier directly to obtain further information regarding your package and/or to initiate a claim.
DOES MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
Orders over $200 will require a signature.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept new, unused and undamaged products within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Be sure to repack your items in its original packaging and to include your packing slip. Keep a copy of your tracking number for reference and to track your return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. All personalized pieces are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
