What is your return and exchange policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused and undamaged products can be returned within 7 days of the purchase.
(Same policy is applied for in-store purchases. Please contact store where purchased for further assistance.) A refund is not guaranteed & is subject to our review of the returned product. To follow up on your return, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping costs will not be refunded on any returns.

Why is my promo code not working?

When will my order ship?
Orders received before 3 PM ET will ship on the same business day. Orders received after 3 PM ET will ship the following business day. We are closed on all major national holidays.
